Andrew has been in the property world for nearly 30 years, starting out as a trainee estate agent and working his way through every role before launching ‘Judge Estate Agents’.

With his extensive knowledge & experience he knows what it takes to make moving home as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether it’s valuing a property, showing people around their next home, or helping clients through the moving process, Andrew always offers honest advice and a friendly, down-to-earth approach.

When he’s not talking property, you’ll find Andrew spending time with family and friends, supporting his favourite football team, enjoying coffee and cake, or pottering in the garden. He also loves weekend trips away with his wife, Lisa.

Lisa Judge.

Office Manager​

With over 15 years’ experience in Estate Agency, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and a warm, welcoming presence to the team.

Born and raised in the very village she now works in, Lisa’s local roots and friendly nature make her a familiar face to many.

Always ready with a smile, she keeps the office running smoothly and ensures everything stays organised.

Outside of work, Lisa loves dining out and spending quality time with family and friends, enjoying quiet evenings in with a glass of wine, and walking her dog Reggie through beautiful Bradgate Park.
