Libby O'Brien

Libby is our Customer Care Executive. We introduced her to our team to further ensure the sales and buying process is fluid, communicative and stress free. Libby is a person who adds energy and a new ‘care’ level to our customer service team, which is at the front of our priorities. Libby brings with her an abundance of qualities; she is caring and empathetic, whilst being enthusiastic and ambitious.

Libby’s extensive experience in social media keeps the team up-to-date with modern ways of promoting our properties and land, whilst also bringing in fresh sales and marketing ideas. Libby oversees all of our customer driven needs and expectations as well as working within the local villages to help within our community.

Libby was born and raised in Anstey and her knowledge of Charnwood and the surrounding villages is fantastic.

When not working, Libby loves to spend time with her friends and family as well as taking the dog out for walks around the local villages.
